 Terms and Conditions

By using the services of Mommyson Care, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Agreement: Mommyson Care provides postpartum care, newborn care, and household support. The specific scope of work will be agreed upon during the intake process.
2. Registration & Fees: A non-refundable registration fee of $100.00 is required to secure your booking. All other service fees must be paid according to the schedule provided in your individual service contract.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We understand that birth dates can be unpredictable. Please notify us as soon as possible of any changes to your expected start date. Specific cancellation penalties may apply as outlined in your signed contract.
4. Staff Qualifications: All our caregivers are experienced professionals. While we ensure high standards of care, Mommyson Care is a support service and not a substitute for professional medical advice or emergency medical treatment.
5. Safety: For the safety of our staff and your family, all caregivers are CPR/AED certified and follow strict hygiene and safety protocols.
6. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
